OUR TEAM
Rainbow Hospitality LLC was envisioned by a team of Ross MBA graduates, the celebrity chefs and the restaurant experts to
create the first Indian food chain in real sense. We aim to take the Indian cuisine to the nooks and corners all over the
United States - in the campuses, the corporate cafeterias, malls, airports etc.
Ravi Anupindi, Head of Rainbow's advisory board. Ravi is an Associate Professor of Operations Management,
Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He also serves on the advisory board of
IB Valley (Pvt.) Ltd. and Distributed World Power, Inc.
Priya Ranjan Dass, Co-founder. Priya holds an MBA in Operations and General Management, Stephen M. Ross School
of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Amal Kumar Jana, Co-founder and Consultant Chef - Chef Amal's accomplishments include serving as the head chef
at 'Imli Indian Bistro' in Pinecrest, Florida, 'Curry House' in Richmond, Virginia, and as Chef de Partie at Sheraton
Hotel at Doha, Qatar.
Jonas D'costa, Co-founder and Executive Chef - After serving in an Indian restaurant 'Tandoor' near VCU in Richmond,
Virginia and at 'India Delight' near ASU in Gilbert, Arizona, Chef Decosta is now ready to delight EMU and U of M students.
